You all know what time of the year it is!! (almost) 😀
Summer is coming to a end pretty soon (not soon enough for me)
I love Fall and the cooler months! With FOOTBALL season starting up I thought it was only fitting to bring you this delicious and easy meal for the guys & kids!
(and you of course) 😉

Just LOOK at those delicious bundles of YUM!

I have done this recipe a few times so far, I have used can and I have used leftover chili that I made myself- you can use a can of pre-made chili if you would like OR if you want to make your own thats fine too!
I am writing this recipe using the can because its easier 😉

I used cheddar cheese sticks of string cheese and I was apprehensive at first because I was hoping they would melt properly- they DID.
You can use any type of cheese really, though this was easiest.
I used pizza crust from the pillsbury can! Those cans are so magical! I swear I can come up with a million different recipes using them!
I originally saw this recipe on Pillsbury – but my friend Shawn over at I Wash you Dry created it FOR them – visit her food blog- its wonderful!
.
You just wrap them all up -like so ^
Place them in your chili lined baking dish

You can make MORE than 4 of these for a croud of course, just double everything.
I swear it was hard writing this recipe up because all I wanted to do was to make them again ..lol
I brushed GARLIC BUTTER on the top and it gave it a gorgeous buttery crust and a perfect kick of flavor!

It doesnt print with everything on one page.

It was good but too much dough. Could do 6 hot dogs in a bigger pan. I added stone ground mustard in with the hot dogs and cheese, very good. Will add sauted onions, also, next time.
