Chocolate-Mint Oreo Cheesecake!

I don’t know anyone who isnt completely in love with cheesecake of some sort!

Its my all time favorite dessert in the history of EVER 🙂

This recipe was done by my sweet friend Rebecca, and I am delighted to share it with you all today,

because it is the most delicious recipe you will ever have!

Chocolate-Mint Oreo Cheesecake!

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Filling

  • 4 8oz packages Philly Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Cup white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. mint extract
  • 18 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 16 Andes mint chocolates cut into small pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450*
  • Mix melted butter with Oreo crumbs and press in the bottom of a 9 inch spring-form pan. Cover bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides with crumbs
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour. Mix until well blended.
  • Add eggs one at a time, blending each add sour cream, mint extract, and stir in half of crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Pour over crust.
  • Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 250 and bake for 1 hour.
  • Cool then loosen sides with a knife. Top with Andes Mint Chocolates.
  • Remove from spring form and chill.
  • ENJOY!
