Do I use dark or light brown sugar?

Should I add a glaze to the brownies after baking them?

You do not need to add a glaze to your brownies, but it is an option to consider. If you would like to add a quick glaze of your fresh brownies, combine powdered sugar with milk and pour it over the brownies after removing them from the oven. Allow the brownies to sit with the glaze for several minutes before you cut into them and begin serving. If you do not want to add a glaze, you can leave the brownies plain or sprinkle some powdered sugar on top for an added touch.

Can I add frosting to the Dr. Pepper Brownies?

You can use frosting on your Dr. Pepper Brownies. You might want to make it from scratch or buy it from the grocery store. Vanilla or chocolate frosting would taste great when spread evenly over your brownies.

How do I store the brownies?

Let your brownies cool down before you cut them into individual servings and place them in a food storage container with a lid. It is best to place the brownies side-by-side instead of putting them on top of one another. You can leave your container full of brownies on your countertop.

Can I save the brownies in the freezer?

You can save some of your brownies by placing them in the freezer. They will stay fresher for a longer period when frozen. If you plan to freeze them, wrap the individual pieces in plastic wrap followed by sheets of aluminum foil. Place your wrapped brownies in a food storage container or large plastic resealable bag and then put them in the freezer for a maximum of four months.
