Short drivers sitting too close to the wheel can get you killed
How does my seat position determine my safety in my car?
When it comes down to driving safely in your vehicle, you probably remember that texting or speeding are always a big ‘no no’ and do cause the majority of accidents. No one ever thinks about the position of their seat or their distance from the steering wheel. Did you know that The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration state that there should be a distance of TEN or more inches between you & the steering wheel to be safe? This is due to the sheer power and impact that airbags create upon opening. Studies confirm that a steering wheel airbag generates a force of close to 2,000 pounds and opens at about 200 miles per hour…What?! Crazy to think us short girls have been sitting this close!

Your dog actually gets jealous
My sweet little furbaby? never! 🙂
In an extensive study at the University of California, they found that dogs do indeed get jealous of they see their owner displaying affection toward something or someone else. Having three dogs of my own, I can tell you that is not a surprise to me. They actually did a study on it and did find it to be accurate. Christine Harris stated “study suggests not only that dogs do engage in what appear to be jealous behaviors but also that they were seeking to break up the connection between the owner and a seeming rival”. My dogs definitely do that. They even hate when anyone hugs me!
