These are one of my all time favorite cookies, seriously.
The taste is fantastic with a chewy but soft type cookie.
This recipe is pretty simple and they disappear instantly as soon as I made them, which was twice this month so far lol
You can pretty much use any type of apple that you normally like best,
they all work well!
ย
Apple and cinnamon are not only two of my favorite things they also make the house smell incredible for the rest of the day once you bake these!
I tend to hide away a few of these whenever I make them because they go SO FAST that I need to make sure that I have a little hidden supply for myself ๐
ย
This cookie is definitely a WINNER in every sense ๐
