The blend of flavors is outstanding & is sure to be a favorite for any occasion you want to make them for!
When I have girls nights, I always love to have a crazy delicious drink for us all to make & have together, this one is probably our favorite so far!
If you have followed along with my blog for awhile now, you will know that the drinks on my site are crazy popular!

Have you ever had a chunky monkey bar before? They are crazy addicting, this drink is the same!
I think next time I might drop a small scoop of ice cream in it and go to town! LOL

Chunky Monkey Cocktail!
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Kahula
- 1 oz. Amaretto
- 1 oz. Banana Rum
- 1 tbsp. Cream of Coconut
- 1 oz Caramel sauce
- 1 oz. Half & Half
- Half of a Banana
- 1 cup Ice
- Chocolate fudge Banana slices, Cherries, Caramel piece & whipped cream for garnishes
Instructions
- Drizzle chocolate fudge on the inside of your glass and set to the side
- Combine the first eight ingredients, and the ice, into a blender.
- Blend until its smooth and well combined
- Pour into your favorite cocktail glass, garnish
- ENJOY

hi, love your recipes, & follow you on Pinterest, any way when i receive your emails , they are difficult to read, because the picture comes on only half the screen, kinda on one side toward the right side. Not sure why this is happening. Thought iw ould let you know. Thank you again . Barb

I made this for a group and it was a hit. Just wondering, since I had to make it in batches, if you could put everything together earlier in the day, blend it, and blend it again with the ice when you were ready to serve it.

I’m so glad it was such a hit with your group! 🎉 Yes, you can definitely make the mixture earlier in the day and keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve. I’d recommend blending everything together without the ice first, then storing it covered in the refrigerator. When it’s time to serve, just give it a quick blend with the ice and it should come out just as fresh and frosty. That way, you don’t have to make so many batches last minute!
