Dangerous Delicious and easy!
I love recipes like this because the taste is incredible but the effort is minimal!
This is always a number one on my Christmas baking list!
Its ULTRA simple to make and they are just amazing!
I love putting them in the freezer for an hour before I eat them, its heavenly!
No Bake Coconut Snowballs
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 cups coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup of your favorite chopped nuts optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combined condensed milk, 1 cup of the coconut flakes and powdered sugar mix until blended.(add nuts here if you chose to use some)
- Place mixture in refrigerator, chill for 1-2 hours.
- Once cold, take a spoonful of the mixture and roll into balls on a lined baking sheet
- Roll each in remaining in coconut flakes.
- Store in fridge until ready to serve
- ENJOY!

The cookies are GOOD I just finished making them!! How many did you get out of one batch?? I didn’t add the nuts to them, but I’m going to make another one and add the nuts!
