With Valentine’s Day approaching next month, I thought now would be a fantastic time to introduce you all to my Cream Cheese Fudge Recipe!
Yes, its PINK, but you can feel free to leave out the food coloring all together and you will have a delicious white cream cheese fudge!
OR, if you would like, you can always switch up the food coloring colors
to match whatever you want it for! 🙂
This truly is one of the BEST recipes I have ever had, and I felt that now would be a amazing time to share it with you all! 😀
Another fun idea is to use a cookie cutters to cut out shapes or even add nuts!
This one didnt last long in my house, thats for sure! lol
I won’t judge you if you decide not to share 😉
Easy Cream Cheese Fudge
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened (do not use fat free or reduced fat)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of red food coloring you can add more if you want it a deeper color
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips/vanilla chips or chopped up white baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup of nuts of your choice optional
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, food coloring and vanilla until smooth.
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil and spray lightly with nonstick spray.
- You can use a double boiler or just place your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on half power for two minutes, being sure to keep stopping every 15 seconds or so to stir it as to not over heat it. I used a double boiler because there is less chance of accidentally burning the chocolate, you do not want it grainy!
- Stir melted smooth chocolate into the pink cream cheese mixture. If you chose to add nuts, you may add them now and mix to combine.
- Pour in prepared pan.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve or store in airtight container.
- ENJOY!

Saw this on FB and I think I am going to try this however I don’t have any white chocolate so it is going to have to be brown.
