- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 & 1/2 pounds Golden Delicious apples peeled and cored, 1/2 inch slices

- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Instructions
