Fried Rice is one of my all time favorite things to eat when I get take out.
It is SO easy to make at home and it tastes delicious for a fraction of the cost!
Just a few ingredients and you will have a perfect side dish, though I have been know to eat this by itself as a meal lol 🙂
You can definitely add chopped chicken or even pork to this as well!
That way it becomes a one pot meal!
You never knew it was THIS easy, did you?
Fresh veggies work and so do frozen, either or is fine!
Next time Im going to use rotisserie chicken in this recipe!
This is sure to make it onto the weekly rotation for sure!
Dinner doesnt always have to be a chore, especially with recipes such as this!

Easy Fried Rice!
Ingredients
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion diced
- 12 oz Frozen Peas and Carrots fresh is fine
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 3 beaten Eggs
Instructions
- Melt butter in large non stick skillet.
- Saute onion until transparent.
- Add peas and carrots and heat until thawed and tender.
- Push vegetables to one side and scramble eggs in other side until set.
- Mix eggs and vegetables together.
- Add soy sauce and stir to mix.
- Add rice gradually to keep it from clumping and ensure it's well mixed.
- Heat until hot and serve.
- ENJOY!
