Ingredients Needed to Make Cheeseburger Soup

  • Hamburger. It’s fine to use 80/20 or 90/10, whichever you prefer.

  • Velveeta. Enjoy the cheesy taste this provides, along with the creaminess it adds to the soup.

  • Carrots. Shred the carrots by hand or buy them pre-shredded before tossing them in your slow cooker.

  • Onion. Use a white or yellow onion for this recipe, whichever you already have on hand.

  • Bacon. The brand and style of the bacon don’t matter. Use the flavor you like!

  • Chicken Broth. If you don’t have chicken broth, it’s fine to use vegetable or beef broth as a substitute.

  • Sour Cream. Give your soup some additional creaminess with a bit of sour cream.
