Why You Will Love This Recipe

These Baked Fried Eggs are the ultimate breakfast shortcut that still feels homemade and satisfying. If you love a perfectly cooked sunny side up egg but do not love standing over the stove flipping and watching them one by one, this method is going to change your mornings.

First, they are incredibly easy. Crack the eggs into a muffin pan, season, and let the oven do the work. No splattering. No babysitting a skillet. Just simple, hands off cooking that frees you up to make toast, pour coffee, or cook bacon.

Second, they are perfect for meal prep. You can bake a whole dozen at once and have ready to go protein for the week. They reheat beautifully and are amazing tucked into breakfast sandwiches, wrapped in tortillas, or served alongside roasted potatoes.

You will also love how customizable they are. Add shredded cheese, chopped herbs, crumbled bacon, or diced veggies right into the cups before baking. Each one becomes its own little breakfast masterpiece.

And let’s talk presentation. They look neat, uniform, and honestly kind of impressive when served on a platter with bacon and toast. It is a simple recipe that feels polished without requiring extra effort, which is exactly the kind of kitchen win we all need.

I haven’t tried these, yet, but I was wondering if you can make these without cream and parmesan. Thanks!
