Recipe Notes & Suggestions
If you can find hamburger buns with sesame seeds already attached to them, they’re good to use when preparing this recipe.
Make sure to bake your buns for at least 10 minutes to get them lightly toasted. Don’t let them bake for more than 12 minutes because you don’t want to burn them.
Be sure to break your beef into small pieces. You want to have crumbles to add to your hamburger buns.
Can I make these in advance?
It’s best to prepare and enjoy these fresh instead of making them in advance. The reason why it’s better not to make them in advance is that the buns can become soggy from the ground beef, dressing, and pickles, and you don’t want that to happen.
