They’re exactly what they sound like: they are a individually portioned size bite of jello- consumed as a shot.
And they’re great with or without alcohol!

Blue Hawaiian Jello Shots
Ingredients
- 1 cup of canned pineapple juice, strained and divided
- 1?4 cup of vodka
- 2 envelopes of gelatin, divided
- 1?4 cup of Blue Curaçao liqueur
- 1?4 cup of white rum
- 1?4 cup of lemon syrup or 2 tablespoons of lemonade concentrate with 2 tablespoons of water
- Yields: 1 dozen (2 oz)
Instructions
- Add the blue raspberry JELL-O to a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in the pineapple juice, blue curacao and rum. Stir well.
- Pour the blue gelatin mixture into the plastic cups, filling almost to the top. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. If you are not serving right away, you can place lids on the cups once the gelatin is completely set.
- Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream and a stemmed cherry on top.
- ENJOY!!
