This Boozy Sherbet Punch recipe is a go to favorite! Everyone loves it so much that I always have to make double the amount!
Such an easy crowd pleaser! You need to save this recipe ASAP!
Make sure your water, pineapple juice, and prosecco are chilled before assembling the punch.
What does this punch taste like?
This is a super fun punch, slightly sweet and tart. The sherbet will melt into the punch as it sits out, this helps to keep the punch cold.
Do I need to garnish?
Its not necessary to garnish the glasses with fresh raspberries and another small scoop of pineapple sherbet but it does make for a fun
What does the prosecco add to the recipe?
This punch is very flavorful, with the nice slight bubbly aspect from the prosecco.
Can I add more alcohol?
If you want more of an alcoholic punch, you can add 1 cup of vodka or white rum.
Do I have to use pineapple sherbet?
No, You can also use lime or orange sherbet in place of the pineapple.
Can I make this non-alcoholic?
Of course! Just dont use the procecco and use sprite or even 7 up to still give it that bubbly kick!
This punch is wonderful for any occasion, Christmas or New years! or really anytime you want to throw a party and have a punch bowl!!
Super simple to make! also, you should make this very close to when you plan on guests being there as it does have sherbet and it will melt, but not super quickly.
Do I have to use ice?
I have an awesome little hack that works when you dont want to use ice to water down your punch! Just freeze a strawberry jello into little molds instead of using ice! It gives the punch more flavor and doesnt water it down- all while keeping it cold!
This is sure to be a favorite punch that you will come back to time and time again!
