I love making side dishes in my slow cooker, especially comforting foods such as this. I am a huge fan of anything and everything that involves corn in it- this my friends, is the ultimate side dish that you are going to be making over and over again.. I promise!
I can honestly say this is my favorite side dish with so many different meals I have made– its especially wonderful paired with grilled rib-eye steak or any type of chicken or pork.
what makes it even better? If I havent done enough to convince you so far… Is that you just drop it all in the slow cooker and stir.. thats it.. no prep work, nothing. Its awesome and ultra simple!

Creamy Slow Cooker Cheesy Corn!
Ingredients
- 2 16 ounce bags frozen corn
- 1 8 ounce box cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Load all ingredients into slow cooker and stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Stir well and serve hot.
- ENJOY!
