  • Package King Hawaiian rolls

  • Salami

  • Pastrami

  • Pepperoni (sandwich size slices)

  • Mozzarella

  • Swiss cheese

  • Provolone

  • Peperoncini

  • Salted butter, melted

  • Italian seasoning

  • Marinara sauce for dipping

  • Olives and pickles for serving

While this list may seem long, every ingredient is worth adding to these sliders. You will get the perfect flavor with each bite! The marinara sauce for dipping just adds a whole new level of flavor to the dish! You can also add your dipping sauce options to this dish. 

Variation Options 

If you want to switch up this recipe a little bit, there are some tips you can use. 

Switch up the meat – When you don’t have the right meat on hand, you can use whatever you have. 

Switch up the cheese – If you don’t like the types of cheeses recommended, you can always change it up.

Ingredients
  

Makes: 12 sliders

  • 1- 12 roll package King Hawaiian rolls
  • 1- 7 oz pk. Salami
  • 1-7 oz pk. Pastrami
  • 1-7 oz pk. Pepperoni sandwich size slices
  • 12 slices Mozzarella
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices Provolone
  • ½ cup sliced Pepperoncini
  • ¼ cup salted butter melted
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping
  • Olives and pickles for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 9”x13” pan.
  • Slice the rolls in half and put bottom halves in the pan.
  • Layer salami, pastrami and peperoni evenly across the rolls.
  • Layer the Mozzarella, Swiss and Provolone cheese evenly across the meat.
  • Spread the pepperoncini over the cheese.
  • Place the top of the rolls over the sandwiches.
  • Mix the Italian seasoning into the butter and spread over the rolls.
  • Cover with tinfoil, making sure to “tent” the foil so it doesn’t touch the rolls.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, covered then remove the foil and bake the remaining 10 minutes.
  • Remove and serve with marinara sauce, olives and pickles.
  • ENJOY!
