- 1- 12 roll package King Hawaiian rolls
- 1- 7 oz pk. Salami
- 1-7 oz pk. Pastrami
- 1-7 oz pk. Pepperoni (sandwich size slices)
- 12 slices Mozzarella
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 12 slices Provolone
- ½ cup sliced Pepperoncini
- ¼ cup salted butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping
- Olives and pickles for serving
Makes: 12 sliders
- Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 9”x13” pan.
- Slice the rolls in half and put bottom halves in the pan.
- Layer salami, pastrami and peperoni evenly across the rolls.
- Layer the Mozzarella, Swiss and Provolone cheese evenly across the meat.
- Spread the pepperoncini over the cheese.
- Place the top of the rolls over the sandwiches.
- Mix the Italian seasoning into the butter and spread over the rolls.
- Cover with tinfoil, making sure to “tent” the foil so it doesn’t touch the rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes, covered then remove the foil and bake the remaining 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve with marinara sauce, olives and pickles.
