These Salted Caramel Pudding Shots are dangerously delicious and take only a few minutes to throw together!
Not to mention they look beautiful too!
These are definitely one of my favorites out of all the ones I have made.
Everyone went crazy over these!Â
Perfect combination of deliciousness!
Perfect for Pot Lucks, holidays, get together or even an amazing girls night!Â
Its hard to have just ONE… trust me 😉
You can easily make these kid-friendly by leaving out the alcohol- always remember to use different colored cups when making both versions so there isnt any confusion 🙂Â
So incredible with the sweet caramel & fancy salt – its an ultra trendy treat that will have everyone raving!Â

Salted Caramel Pudding Shots!
Ingredients
Yields: 1 dozen
- 12 2.5 oz plastic soufflé cups
- 1 3 oz box vanilla instant JELL-O pudding
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 3/4 cup vodka - chilled
- 8 oz tub Cool Whip - thawed
- Whipped cream for garnish
- 1/2 cup Smuckers salted caramel topping or regular caramel topping
- Sea salt - coarse or flaked
Instructions
- Pour the dry vanilla pudding mix into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the cold milk and chilled vodka.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to help the pudding thicken.
- Remove from refrigerator and fold in the Cool Whip topping. Continue to stir until all of the white streaks of the whipped topping have disappeared.
- Place the plastic soufflé cups on a large plate or tray. Spoon the pudding mixture into the plastic cups, filling almost up to the top of each rim.
- Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours. You can place lids on the soufflé cups after 4 hours if you are not serving immediately.
- Before serving, add a generous dollop of whipped cream to each pudding shot. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top. Add a sprinkling of sea salt.
- ENJOY!!
