This method is perfect for an effortless side that everyone is sure to love!
This recipe is both sweet and juicy- and extremely simple!
I make this corn on the cob in my slow cooker at least once per week, its always a delicious hit with everyone who tries it.
It marinates in the butter & seasonings making it the BOMBEST corn you have ever had!
I have used frozen with this recipe or fresh – both work beautifully!
I just made this on Thanksgiving and it was a HUGE hit- everyone asked for me to make it on Christmas too!!

Slow Cooker Sweet Buttery Corn on the Cob!
Ingredients
- 6 large ears of yellow corn
- 1 (14 oz.) can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. pure honey
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 stick salted butter, sliced
- 1/2 tbsp cajun seasoning (optional, but awesome if you want a bit of a kick)

Instructions
- Shuck corn, break each ear in half, and place into a slow cooker.
- Add in coconut milk, honey, and sliced butter & seasonings.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours
