Air Fryer Ravioli
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen beef ravioli can really use any kind of ravioli in this recipe
- 1 ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs beaten
- Cooking spray
- Marinara for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350˚F.
- In a large shallow bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper.
- Place flour in a separate bowl and egg in a separate bowl (for 3 bowls total).
- Dredge each ravioli in flour, then coat in egg, then coat in panko mixture. Repeat with remaining ravioli.
- Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Place ravioli in an even layer in air fryer, spray with more oil on top and cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with as many batches as needed (spray between each batch).
- Serve with warmed marinara sauce and more grated parmesan on top.
