Ingredients Needed

Make sure you check out the recipe card for an entire list of ingredients!

  • Olive oil – The olive oil is for sauteing the onions.
  • Onion – The onions should be chopped.
  • Ground beef – I have found that lean is best to use for this recipe.
  • Fire roasted tomatoes –  The tomatoes are for extra flavor.
  • Salt and Black pepper – This helps to add flavor!
  • Bacon slices – You can use bacon slices or/or real bacon bits.
  • Slider Buns – You can use any slider bun you prefer!
  • Mayonnaise – I love adding mayo to the sliders.
  • American cheese – The cheese is where this recipe is super versatile.

You’re going to take the remaining ingredients to create a special brushing sauce. Combine the butter, 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard, and 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, brush over the tops of the buns and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
