Cheeseburger Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Diced onion
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 cup Fire roasted tomatoes
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard divided
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce divided
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 12 Slider rolls
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 14 slices American cheese
- 12 Bacon slices cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup Butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350° and spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan and cook the onions until fragrant about 4 minutes. Add the beef and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and simmer until there is very little moisture left.
