Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups onion sliced
- 1 ½ pounds ground chicken or turkey
- 1 red pepper finely diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce or adobo from canned chipotle optional

- 1 jar sliced pickles sweet or dill
- 12 slices of cheddar cheese optional
