Sheet Pan Taco Variations
- If you don’t want to use ground beef, you can swap it out for ground turkey or ground chicken and still enjoy the most incredible tacos!
- You can swap the sour cream for plain Greek yogurt. It will give these tacos the same great taste, but it’s even better for you.
- Use different cheese blends and other ingredients not included on the list to make these tacos your own.
Taco Bake Notes
- Cover the edges with foil if you want to keep your tortillas from over-browning. It works like a charm to keep them from getting too crisp.
- When putting your ground beef into the tortillas, it helps to use a slotted spoon. The spoon will allow any extra juice to seep out so that it doesn’t make your tortillas soggy.
- Feel free to add more ingredients. If you’re a cheese lover, you might want to double the amount of cheese added to your tortillas.
